In 2026, more than half of France's small businesses and SMEs already use AI solutions, and that share keeps growing (BPI France). Our mission is to support you through this transition by deploying solutions tailored to your business processes — helping you build or strengthen your competitive edge, and making sure the market's transformation doesn't happen without you.

Discovery call

Free · no commitment

To begin, we offer a discovery call to understand your challenges and assess whether bringing in AI makes sense in your context. If together we identify a concrete opportunity aligned with your operational goals, we then move on to the operational assessment.

Solution deployment

On quote
Service description

Our engagement begins with an operational assessment conducted on site. This first step allows us to understand your technical environment, talk directly with the teams involved and design automations genuinely tailored to your reality on the ground.

If you already have a set of requirements, drawn up in-house or by another provider, we fully integrate it into our approach (it may even replace the operational assessment).

Following the assessment, we send you a proposal and a quote within 12 hours. The quote sets out the delivery timeline for your turnkey automation. By the agreed date, the solution is not only complete but deployed, operational and fully adopted by your teams.

Once the solution is deployed, we offer a monthly support service that covers:

The usage costs of the AI providers involved: you have no extra charges to plan for, including any language-model subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) you had taken out before contacting us.

Maintenance and bug fixes: we undertake that the automation remains strictly compliant with the specifications set out in the contract. Any malfunction, bug or service interruption is handled and fixed at no extra cost.

Ongoing support for your teams: we remain available to help your teams get to grips with the deployed solution and use it day to day.

Why work with an AI automation agency?

Your business is unique. That's why general-purpose AI models, however powerful, aren't enough on their own: every company has its own expertise, its own operational constraints and its own data, which these models don't natively understand.

More specifically, our work rests on far more than AI alone. We design automation chains that flow seamlessly together and integrate with your existing software and your business processes. That is where the real added value lies, compared with a general-purpose AI model.

Our job is to specialise all of these tools so they embed your know-how and become genuinely operational in your context. Together with you, we build custom applications that harness the power of AI well beyond a simple chatbot, to address concrete use cases specific to your organisation.

Our commitments

Profitability

AI investments become more profitable every year worldwide, even when the deployed solutions remain relatively basic or lightly customised (Deloitte: 74% of companies that have invested in AI meet or exceed their expected return on investment).

At Codesia, we aim to go even further, raising to nearly 100% the share of our clients who reach their ROI within six months of going live. This commitment rests on a rigorous selection of high-impact processes, deeply customised solutions and methodical post-deployment monitoring.

Team adoption

Deploying AI solutions only creates value if your teams take ownership of them and use them to their full potential. We are not here to complicate your processes or hand you black boxes. Quite the opposite.

That is why we design simple, turnkey systems backed by dedicated support, both at deployment and over the long term. Every solution is built to be owned by your people, who are its first users and its first beneficiaries.

Reliability of answers

AI models keep getting better, but they remain fallible. Hallucinations, factual errors and unexpected behaviour are still real risks.

At Codesia, reliability is a design imperative, because we know that a failure rate of even 10 or 20% is fundamentally incompatible with a company's operational requirements.

That is why, from the very design stage, we build in rigorous control mechanisms (cross-checking responses, multiple verifications, human oversight) to maximise the reliability, accuracy and transparency of every operation carried out.

In the same spirit, every system we design is traceable end to end, understandable and debuggable: delivering a solution that works without anyone knowing how, and that no one can fix the day a problem arises, matches neither our vision nor the requirements of an enterprise environment.

GDPR, AI Act, sovereignty: fully handled

GDPR and AI Act documents on a background of European stars — symbolising the European regulatory compliance ensured by Codesia

The European framework sets strict requirements for data management and AI systems. A demanding constraint, certainly, but also a valuable safeguard for the security of your information.

At Codesia, regulatory compliance is at the heart of how we work. We invite you to visit the dedicated page or to ask Epsilon, our assistant available at the bottom right of the page, to understand how our procedures align with the requirements of the GDPR and the AI Act.

We continuously monitor developments in the AI Act, the GDPR and the European frameworks that apply to artificial intelligence, so we can anticipate upcoming obligations and adapt our services accordingly.

About us

Lény Rolland

Co-founder, CEO

I've always had a strong interest in productivity methods, with a constant drive to find more efficient ways of working. So it was only natural that, during my preparatory classes — just as consumer generative AI was reaching the market — I became fascinated by these tools. Ever since, I've used them daily to design systems that orchestrate different solutions and get the most out of my work. Now a student at HEC Paris, I have also earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science at the Sorbonne, deepening my grasp of the theoretical foundations of these systems (statistics, supervised learning, optimisation, and so on).

As Codesia's CEO, I orchestrate every stage of the support we provide: operational assessment, deployment of custom solutions and post-deployment follow-up. I make sure these systems are regulatory-compliant, particularly with regard to the GDPR and the AI Act, so that the solutions we deploy fit lastingly into your organisation, in line with your values and your requirements. I am your direct point of contact at every step of the way.

Jacques Rolland

Co-founder, CTO

A computer engineer by training, I bring more than 35 years of experience in designing, operating and governing complex information systems. My career has been built at the intersection of software engineering, data, systems architecture and teaching. Artificial intelligence has been part of my work for a long time: I explored its earliest applications back in the 1990s, through expert systems applied to Computer-Assisted Instruction, and then neural networks (perceptrons, supervised and unsupervised learning). This continuity lets me place today's generative AI tools within a technical trajectory I have been practising for three decades.

As Codesia's CTO, I oversee the technical architecture of every automation, from the choice of tools through to deployment, ensuring their robustness and long-term maintainability. n8n is our orchestration backbone: it connects your business tools with the AI models best suited to each use case. Experience has taught me that the challenges are never purely algorithmic: they come first from the quality of the data, the architecture of the systems, the organisation and how well teams adopt them. My role is complementary to that of Lény Rolland (CEO), who orchestrates the support as a whole and ensures the regulatory compliance of the solutions we deploy.
